ABOUT CneXt

What is CneXt System?
CneXt System is CG new human resources information system enabling talent management capabilities across CG organization. CneXt is our system of record. It will replace older HR System including CoreHR, employee benefits, payroll, recruiting, Succession & Development, Performance and Goals and also includes the added functionality of a Learning Management System (LMS).
How can I access CneXt system on Desktop?

 Access C-neXt system via url https://cnext.centralgroup.com

Then the log in screen will displayed as below

  1. Input Username (Email Format: : LLFirstname@Domain name) Example [email protected] (Somchai Sudjai)
  2. Input Password (Password same as password to login computer)
  3. Click Sign in button, The SuccessFactors home page will show as picture below
  4. *in case you forget the password you can click on “here”, The system will pop up the CG MyAccess for you to reset password
  5. Click “Password Reset” item for reset password, the screen will displayed
  6. Input your email address
  7. Select Domain Name
  8. Type the characters you see in the picture
  9. Click “Continue” buttion
What is Employee Self - Service (ESS)?
ESS enables employees to view and update their personal information and initiate human resource related requests.
What is Manager Self - Service (MSS)?
MSS enables employee owners to initiate human resource related requests and manage their team information.

MY ACCOUNT

What is my account to log in to CneXt system?
Your Cnext Account is the same as an email account that you used in your company. If you don’t have an individual user account (AD Account), please contact CG Service desk at Tel: 02-100-6789 or Email: [email protected] for assistance
What are the naming conventions for passwords?
The CneXt password should be at least 8 characters long. The password should include at least one number, special character (not including @ and #), uppercase letter and lowercase letter.
I can't remember my username. How can I retrieve it?
Contact your supervisor or contact CG Service desk at Tel: 02-100-6789 or Email: [email protected]
Why can't I login using current username/password?
There are feasibilities that:

  • The wrong password was entered, and the number of times was exceeded admin limitation (User might enable password remembering on web browser).
  • User may reach the password changing cycle.
  • Other users may stealthily misuse your user.

What should I do if I can’t remember password to login to my computer?
Access CG MyAccess on your mobile phone or on the PC with internet access, then, reset your password by

  • Answering the security questions.
  • Ask the system to send you the new password to the registered e-mail.
How do I change my password?
In Case, your computer has connected to CG network via LAN wire, Wi-Fi

  • Press [Ctrl] [Alt] [Del] simultaneously
  • Choose Change Password
  • Fill in old password, new password and confirm password. Then press Enter.

Or access CG MyAccess from https://myaccess.central.co.th  to change the password, Please study https://myaccess.central.co.th/manual/index.html for the step on how to change the password.

Can the new password be same as the previous password?
No, users cannot set the new password to be same as the previous ones.
Will the e-mail password automatically changes after changing account password to login to my computer?
No, users will have to change e-mail password separately. Currently, we are testing to use the same password for user account and e-mail with some users. It is still in expansion process to other users.
What should I do if I can login my e-mail but cannot login to my user account?
Access CG MyAccess https://myaccess.central.co.th in case you already registered yourself on MyAccess or contact CG Service Desk to unlock your user account.
What should you do if I cannot login to both e-mail and to my computer?
Contact your supervisor and CG Service desk.
What should I do if your password changing is alerted as unsuccessful?
System will alert unsuccessful changing if the new password is same as the previous ones or new password isn’t matched with policy. The password must

  • have at least 8 characters
  • contain uppercase letter, lowercase letter
  • least one number, special character (not including @ and #)
How can I be confident that CG Service Desk will verify the authorization of the user?
CG Service Desk may ask for additional information refer to HR data to verify personal identity, or CG Service desk may ask for approval e-mail from a supervisor of that user before unlocking the user or reset the password.
If the I don't have personal PC or computer notebook, how can I change the password?
You can change the password on https://myaccess.central.co.th using a mobile phone or shared PC/computer notebook.
What is CG MyAccess?
It is a service for Central Group’s staffs to change/reset the password and unlock user account by themselves.
Do I need to registration before using CG MyAccess?
You need to do one-time registration with

  • Security questions and answers and/or
  • Specify e-mail address that will be sent the notification and password in any urgent cases.
I used the Forgot Password feature, and the web page says that it sent me an email, but I never received it
There are several reasons why you might not have received an email:

  • The email may be caught in your spam folder. Please check it to see if you’ve received the email.
  • You may have entered your username or email address incorrectly. Please check the spelling and try again.
  • You may have entered an email address that we don’t have on record or that we haven’t associated with your account. Every CneXt account has only one primary email address associated with it. If you have multiple email addresses, please try a different one.
  • In some cases, for technical or security reasons, we cannot confirm your identity and authorization to access the system.

I'm locked out of my account. Can you help me?
To reset a locked account, please contact CG Service desk at Tel: 02-100-6789 or Email: [email protected] for assistance.
How long is my password valid?
Your password is valid for ninety (90) days. If you do not change the password within ninety days, you will be prompted to change your password the next time you log in. if you log in with the wrong password more that three times, your account will be locked. CG Service desk at Tel: 02-100-6789 or Email: [email protected] for assistance.
Why is the password expired after 90 days from the last password updating?
To protect that user from any misuse.

Unfortunately, we cannot hide the details for the user side.

Can Item Comments be displayed on Users interface?

No, Users can’t view the item comments. It is only viewable by the admins.

Module EC-EMP

What is Module EC-EMP?

It is the system for store employee data which including personal information, work experience, and salary.

How Module EC-EMP related to employee?

It is Self-service system that employee will be able to look for their own information and their subordinate.
– Some of the information can be edited by the employee for example, change phone number and transfer the information.

How does EC-EMP work?

It is the system that can opened via website and mobile application that can be accessed to any eletronic device that connected to the internet such as PC, Note Book, Table, Smart phone and etc.

Who is responsible for the incorrect Org Chart? And how long does it take to correct?

You should inform the correct information to ESC that under … In addition, the information will be cut off on 1st day of every month and it will be recorded on 15th of every month. 

What are the process related to EC-EMP?

To vary the information of the employee such as entering new employee, rotation, promoting, salary adjustment,

 resignation record, editing personal information such as name, education, contact person, address, phone number, language competency, good and failure recored, lawsuit, loan, education loan, Tawipakhi project information, and etc. 

Module Onboarding (ONB)

What is Onboarding Module?

Onboarding Module is the system that will make new hires’ experience to get to know more about Central Group since prior 1st day and new hires can prepare themselves about personal information, documents and benefits that will make everything complete before their start date. In addition, Onboarding Module will help hiring managers to know more about their new hire and also prepare the equipments, email etc before.   

Who will be involved with Onboarding Module?

Onboarding Module will be invovled with new hires and hiring managers.

When new hires will be able to use Onboarding Module?

New Hires able to access the Onboarding Module when he/she gets the automatic email from CneXt system.

When hiring managers will be able to use Onboarding Module?

Hiring Managers able to access the Onboarding Module from 2 ways which are automatic email or access to CneXt system on the home  page.

What are the activities that new emplyee can do on Onboarding Module?

New Hires able to complete the information as following:

1. Personal Information

2. Benefits

3. Learning about Central Group such as management, culture etc.

What are the activities that hiring manager can do on Onboarding Module?

Hiring Managers able to complete the information as following:

1. Writing welcome message 

2. Making appointment with new hire

3. Assign buddy/mentor for new hire

What is my “To Do” Tile used for?
Show the list of To-do task for your action or approval with due date of those tasks and the list of item for you information.
Where can I access my To Do List?
You can see To Do List which located into “To Do” Tile or click on notification and alert in your CneXt Homepage.

What is the “Save” button and what is it used for?
The Save for Later button allows the user to save a transaction and come back to it at a later date without forwarding it to the approvers. Please note that all required fields MUST be filled out in order to use the Save feature.

MY PROCESS

Who receives an email after I complete a transaction?
After a transaction is submitted, the first level approvers receive an email and a worklist entry.  Once they approve the transaction, the next level approvers receive emails and worklist entries, and so forth.
How quickly can transactions move through the approval process, from creator to second level approver?
With e-mail and worklist notifications, each approver in the approval process will be alerted of transactions awaiting their approval. Provided that all key players in the approval process are present and logged into their e-mail program as well as in CneXt system, turnaround time can be very quick.
What does it mean if a field has an asterisk next to it?
A field with an asterisk in CneXt system indicates that the field is required in order to complete the transaction. If required fields are left blank, the transaction is considered incomplete, and cannot be saved for later or submitted for approval.
What is an Empl ID?
An EmplID (employee identification number) is the unique identifying number assigned to CG employees. This is also your new CG ID number.
What if I save a transaction for later, can another user log in and submit it for me if I am somehow prevented from logging in?
If a user creates a transaction and saves it without submitting it for approval, only that user can go back in and submit the transaction for approval.

Recruitment Management (RCM)

What is RCM?

RCM is from Recruiting Management.

Who are authorized to open Job Requisition?

The Associates with the subordinate JG 14 (Division Up) and Recruiters.

What are the tasks, Hiring Manager could do Via RCM?

Hiring Manager can open Job Requisition, Select Candidate, Comment Interview, Rating Candidate, Offering, View Candidates Status.

Is there a Due Date in Job Requisition?

The standard due date of every Job requisition is 30 days.

How many positions can be displayed in 1 page?

Maximum 150 position per page.

Why I could not find my Position?

Go to Filter tap and Clear Filter for cancelation of the filter.

What would happen if the Competency List is not listed in the Job Description?

The competency score can not be rated for the candidates, only Like or Dislike.

What would happen Postal Code is not registered ?

The position will not appear on Post Job front of Map of RMK.

When SLA would stop calculate ?

2 Scenarios 1. When Job Requisition end at “Ready to Hire”. 2.When Hold Job Requisition, will be temporary stop SLA, and to be continued after the Hold is released.

During Process of Recruitment Pipeline, can we skip any step?

Yes the step can be skipped

Who can delete the Job Requisition created?

The person who open the Job Requisition and Recruiter.

How do we know when the Job Requisition is deleted?

There will be notification by email to the concerned parties.

Can I run any assessment or test on the System?

No the system is not yet support the online assessment or test. It could only be manual input.

Who are authorized to enter Internal Careers?

The associates with the subordinate JG 14 and up.

Can I use the same Calendar for interview appointment between Email on O365?

Yes it could be use as the same.

How many candidates can be appointed for the interview at the time?

5 Candidates at the time.

Can I do the offer to more than one candidate?

It could be offer to more than 1 candidate.

How long does it take from start the posting job to be appeared on the website?

Approximately 20-30 minutes.

Can we check the Black List via RCM?

No RCM is not support direct Black List check, only manually input.

Which Mobile applications can be used upon RCM?

3 Applications can be used

What is the minimum OS required to perform Application on Mobile?

IOS Version 10 up , and Android Version 5 and above.

Can the staffs enter into RCM from external?

RCM is base on Web Browser , thus it could be enter via internet at any where anytime.

SLA does not count when opening Job Requisition with Hiring Manager.

Sometimes the need to motivate Time to fill and Age of Requisition count SLA at Admin Center => Manage Recruiting Setting section Job Requisition, For example, change the Age of Requisition from Approve Date to Save and then return to the Approved date. Age Days will come up.

What is Age(Days)?

Age(Days) is the SLA of each job requsition.

What is Req ID?

Reg ID is the number that automatically generate from the system. It will be use for identifying the job requsition. 

CFR need to get the job requisition approval from the president before start the recruitment process.

The requester of job requistion need to put the name of president instead into BHR field.

What is Dummy Recruiter?

Dummy Recruiter is the 1 of account group of recruiters. Everyone is is this account have to distrtibute the job requisition to the real recruiter for taking ownership.

What is Menu Navigation in the RCM?

Menu Navigation able to to as following: 1.Job Requisition : This menu shows the details of vacancy that recruiter can read or edit. 2.Preferences : This menu can create the preference quistions before candidate apply to the job requisitions 3.Candidate : This men is for seraching the candidate into the candidate pool. 4.Interview Central : Thie menu is for the interview rating/evaluation. 5.Interview Scheduling : This menu is for making the interview appointment with candidate and interviewer. 6. Source Tracker: This menu is for checking the channel that candidate apply to a job requisition.

Does the job requisition able create for both of Thai and English language?

Yes the requester can use for both of languages.

What is ERP amount?

ERP amount is the total budget of Friend gets Friend project(referall program).

How hiring manager able to put the salary range for hiring?

Hiring Manager can put the budget or salary range into Hiring Manager Note(Note to recruiter) area.

How hiring manager able to edit the job requisition?

Hiring Manager able to edit the job requisition as following steps: 1. Hiring Manager send an email to recruiter what is the information that he/she would like to edit. 2. Recruiter reviews an information and update the detail of job requisition before post the job.

If the job requisition has been approved. How hiring manager will know the status?

The system will send the email notification to hiring manager after the job requisition has been acknowledged and approved by BHR and recruiter.

How hiring manager can track or follow up the recruitment status?

Hiring Manager able to see the updated status by the first page(main page) of recruiting module.

What is Average Days Open?

Average Days Open is the feature that will show the number of average days of every job requisitions of hiring manager. The Average Days Open will show just only the job requisition that still open and pending status.

Is there any notification to hiring manager when the candidate apply to a job requisition?

There is no any notification but hiring manager can see the status who is the new candidate on the pipeline.

How candidate able to know the status if he/she doesn't pass or disqualify?

Candidate can know the status by the email notification and he/she able to access the system to see.

Is there any function into the system that send the Google Map when recruiter schedule the interview?

No, the system just only send the email that will be included with text or image.

If recruiter would like to edit an offer approval after the offer has been sent to hiring. How can he/she do that? Is there any function to withdraw the offer approval?

If the offer approval has been sent to the approver, it can not be withdrawed. The approver have decline and send back to recruiter. But, recruiter don’t need to re-key information again. Recruiter just edit the part that he/she would like to edit and send the offer for getting approval again.

What is a job board?

A job board is a website which posts jobs supplied by employers. Employers typically pay a fee to the job board in exchange for the opportunity to list their jobs on the site.

What is a custom feed job board?

A custom feed job board is a high traffic job board, for which a cost is associated to post a

position. The hiring coordinator selects the custom feed job board where they would like to

post their job. No other action is necessary on his/her part. The position will automatically

post once the requisition is approved. Our custom feed job boards are: Career Builder, jobsDB Thailand Jobs and Linkedin Jobs

What is a standard feed job board?

A standard feed job board is a free job board where we are required to post all positions. These

jobs must always be selected. Once the hiring coordinator selects these job boards, no other

action is necessary on his/her part. The position will automatically post once the requisition is

approved. The standard feed job boards on which we are required to post are:

– jobsDB Thailand Jobs

– linkedin jobs
